Delete Your Account
Submitting this form requests permanent deletion of your ZoomRoom account and associated personal data. Once your request is confirmed and processed:
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your personal contact details (name, email, phone)
- Your saved preferences and account settings
What may be retained
- Booking and transaction records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting obligations
- Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you
- Records required to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive an email asking you to confirm the request before any data is deleted.
